SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to discuss topics associated with EAA Goal H: Sustain Fiscal Stability.
Financial Forecast. The purpose of the financial forecast is to review the status of the current 2016 budget and take an opportunity to look ahead, identifying the challenges and opportunities facing the EAA over the next five years and beyond. This forecast will assist in decision-making from a policy level by quantifying the future impact of programs and policies. Based on board direction, the financial projections included in the forecast will become the foundation for the development of the 2017 Operating and EAHCP Budgets.
Edwards Aquifer Conservancy. Staff will also report to the board on the status of the Edwards Aquifer Conservancy.
