RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the board adopt a Resolution and Order of the Edwards Aquifer Authority Board of Directors approving a contract for election services between the EAA and the Bexar County Election Administrator for the conduct of an EAA's 2026 general director election for EAA Director District 1.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider an EAA staff recommendation to approve a contract with the Bexar County Elections Administrator for the conduct of an EAA director election in district 1.
