SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to receive a report from EAA staff on the five-year financial forecast for fiscal years 2027-2031. Staff typically presents this forecast to the board as the first step in the budget development process for the following year. Staff will present the General Manager's 2027 proposed operating budget to the board at the September 8 meeting.
