RECOMMENDED MOTION:

 

Move the Implementing Committee approve the 2026 Implementing Committee Officers.

 

SUMMARY:

 

The purpose of this action item is for the Implementing Committee to approve the 2026 Implementing Committee Officers for Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary.

 

In accordance with the Implementing Committee Officer Succession Plan (attached), the Officers for 2026 will be City of New Braunfels - Chair, San Antonio Water System - Vice-Chair, and Texas State University - Secretary. The Operational Procedures of the Implementing Committee (attached) details the duties of the Implementing Committee Officers.

 

This election of Implementing Committee Officers meets the obligations of Section 7.7 of the Funding and Management Agreement.
