RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve the 2027 City of New Braunfels Funding Application and amended Work Plan.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to approve the 2027 City of New Braunfels EAHCP Funding Application and amended Work Plan. The Work Plan describes the annual activities that will be implemented by the City of New Braunfels in 2027 for each EAHCP Conservation Measure.
The attached 2027 Funding Application and Work Plan meet the obligations of Article four and six of the Funding and Management Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The total fiscal impact of the item is $450,385 and is included in the attached 2027 City of New Braunfels Funding Application.
