Move the board approve payment to Kemp Smith, in the amount of $27,341.14, for legal services for June 2025.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider an Executive Committee recommendation to approve payment to Kemp Smith for legal services for June 2025.
Attached to this item is the June 2025 legal services invoice summary. A complete copy of the invoice can be made available if directors would like to review this information.
At the meeting on August 5, the Executive Committee voted to approve the recommended motion above.
