SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Permits/Enforcement Committee to receive a report from the Enforcement Team regarding permit holders with over-pumping violations who have not responded to the Authority's inquiries or outreach efforts to resolve their violations. Staff will present an overview of the notification process, the status of resolution efforts for all over-pumping violations, and potential next-step options to address remaining unresolved violations, including possible legal action against non-compliant permit holders.
