RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve the 2027 Edwards Aquifer Authority’s Funding Application and amended Work Plan.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to approve the 2027 Edwards Aquifer Authority’s EAHCP Funding Application and amended Work Plan. The Work Plan describes the annual activities that will be implemented by the Edwards Aquifer Authority in 2027 for each EAHCP Conservation Measure.
The attached 2027 Funding Application and Work Plan meet the obligations of Article four and six of the Funding and Management Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The total fiscal impact of the item is $12,912,228 and is included in the attached 2027 Edwards Aquifer Authority’s EAHCP Funding Application.
