Move the Executive Committee recommend the board approve payment to Kemp Smith, in the amount of $6,225 for legal services for November 2025.

The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider an Executive Committee recommendation to approve payment to Kemp Smith for legal services for November 2025.
Attached to this item is the November 2025 legal services invoice summary. A complete copy of the invoice can be made available if directors would like to review this information.
At the meeting on January 6, the Executive Committee voted to approved the recommended motion above.
