RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Executive Committee recommend the board approve the presented EAA Legislative Priorities for use during the 90th Regular Session of the Texas Legislature.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Executive Committee to consider a draft of the EAA's 2027 legislative priorities. The proposed priorities are attached for the Committee's reference.
