SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to receive a presentation from EAA staff on the General Manager’s 2027 Proposed Operating Budget. Staff will present highlights of the proposed budget at the September 8 board meeting and will discuss the proposed budget in more detail with the Finance/Administrative Committee at its meeting on September 22nd and at subsequent meetings. Staff anticipates the board’s consideration for approval of the 2027 budget at the November 10 board meeting.
