SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to receive a report on the five-year financial forecast from EAA staff. This report will review the status of the current year 2016 budget and look ahead, identifying the challenges and opportunities facing the EAA over the next five years. This forecast will assist in decision-making from a policy level by quantifying the future impact of programs and policies. Based on board direction, the financial projections included in the forecast will become the foundation for the development of the 2017 Operating Budget.
