RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve amendments to the 2026 Edwards Aquifer Authority Work Plan.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this action item is for the Implementing Committee to approve amendments to the 2026 Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA) Work Plan.
Amendments to the 2026 EAA Work Plan include updates to the research projects that will be performed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Refugia program (EAHCP § 5.1.1). These updates will not result in any net change in the overall funding amount and will not require a Funding Application Amendment.
The proposed amendments to the attached 2026 EAA Work Plan meet the obligations of Article Four of the Funding and Management Agreement.
