RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve amendments to the 2026 City of San Marcos Work Plan and Funding Application.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this action item is for the Implementing Committee to approve amendments to the 2026 City of San Marcos (COSM) Work Plan and Funding Application.
Amendments to the 2026 COSM Work Plan include updates to Impervious Cover/Water Quality/LID (EAHCP § 5.7.6) Conservation Measure. This revision would increase the total budget by $8,879, bringing the total appropriation for 2026 from $100,000 to $108,879 for the Impervious Cover/Water Quality/LID Conservation Measure. The funding increase is the reallocation of previously approved unspent funds from 2025 to 2026 to cover the final construction costs of Phase 2 of the Sessom Creek Stream Restoration.
The proposed amendments to the attached 2026 COSM Work Plan and Funding Application meet the obligations of Article Four of the Funding and Management Agreement.
