RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve the submission of the 2025 Edwards Aquifer Habitat Conservation Plan Annual Report to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service by March 31, 2026.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to approve the submission of the 2025 EAHCP Annual Report to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The Annual Report provides a detailed description of the mitigation and management activities that were conducted throughout the year to accomplish the annual goals of the EAHCP.
This Annual Report submittal meets the obligations of Condition U of Incidental Take Permit #TE63663A-1.
