Move the board approve payment to Kemp Smith, in the amount of $1,370, for legal services for January 2026.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider an Executive Committee recommendation to approve payment to Kemp Smith for legal services for January 2026.
Attached to this item is the January 2026 legal services invoice summary. A complete copy of the invoice can be made available if directors would like to review this information.
At the meeting on March 3, the Executive Committee voted to approve the recommended motion above.
