RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve the 2027 Edwards Aquifer Authority Work Plan.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to approve the 2027 Edwards Aquifer Authority Work Plan. The annual Work Plan describes the activities that will be implemented by the Edwards Aquifer Authority in 2027 for each EAHCP Conservation Measure.
The attached 2027 Work Plan meets the obligations of Article Four of the Funding and Management Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The fiscal impact of the 2027 Work Plan will be determined by the 2027 Funding Application submitted by the Edwards Aquifer Authority in fall 2026.
