Move the Implementing Committee approve amendments to the 2026 Edwards Aquifer Authority Work Plan and Funding Application.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this action item is for the Implementing Committee to approve amendments to the 2026 Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA) Work Plan and Funding Application.
Amendments to the 2026 EAA Work Plan include updates to the Program Management budget to account for increased professional services costs. These updates will result in any net increase of $32,000, increasing the total appropriation for 2026 Program Management from $1,440,632 to $1,472,632.
The proposed amendments to the attached 2026 EAA Work Plan and Funding Application meet the obligations of Article Four of the Funding and Management Agreement
Fiscal Impact:
This amendment will increase the 2026 Edwards Aquifer Authority Work Plan and Funding Application by $32,000, bringing the total appropriation for 2026 from $18,162,608 to $18,194,608.
