RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve amendments to the 2026 City of New Braunfels Work Plan.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this action item is for the Implementing Committee to approve amendments to the 2026 City of New Braunfels (CONB) Work Plan.
Amendments to the 2026 CONB Work Plan include updates to Impervious Cover/Water Quality/LID (EAHCP § 5.7.6) Conservation Measure. This revision would decrease the total budget by $62,395, bringing the total appropriation for 2026 from $672,110 to $609,715 for the Impervious Cover/Water Quality/LID Conservation Measure. The funds will be used to construct a bioretention basin and parking area on Golf Course Road in Landa Park. These updates will not result in any net change in the overall funding amount and will not require a Funding Application Amendment.
The proposed amendments to the attached 2026 CONB Work Plan meet the obligations of Article Four of the Funding and Management Agreement.
