STAFF RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Executive Committee approve the draft agendas for the 2026 Board of Directors Work Session.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Executive Committee to consider approval of draft agendas for the 2026 Board of Directors Work Session to be held on May 14 and 15. The work session activities will occur on location at SAWS ASR H2Oaks Facility and at the Mokara Hotel & Spa in San Antonio, Texas. Therefore, the meetings at each of these sites will be posted individually and the two draft formal agendas are attached to this agenda item.
