RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve the use of the Revised Preliminary Cost and Funding Assessment to inform the EAHCP Incidental Take Permit Renewal.
SUMMARY:
The Revised Preliminary Cost and Funding Assessment memorandum summarizes estimated costs and funding sources of the next Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP). The estimated costs are based on estimated expenditures of the current HCP, the proposed new framework of the Conservation Measures strategy and input from ICF, EAHCP staff, and EAHCP Permittees (City of New Braunfels, City of San Marcos, and Texas State University). Recommended changes and unresolved comments will be considered as text is developed for each chapter of the HCP. More information is available at <https://www.eahcprenewal.org/>
