RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move the Implementing Committee approve the 2027 City of San Marcos/Texas State University Work Plan.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Implementing Committee to approve the 2027 City of San Marcos/Texas State University Work Plan. The annual Work Plan describes the activities that will be implemented by the City of San Marcos/Texas State University in 2027 for each EAHCP Conservation Measure.
The attached 2027 Work Plan meets the obligations of Article Four of the Funding and Management Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The fiscal impact of the 2027 Work Plan will be determined by the 2027 Funding Application submitted by the City of San Marcos/Texas State University in fall 2026.
