Move the board approve payment to Kemp Smith, in the amount of $3,750 for legal services for December 2025.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the board to consider a Finance/Administrative Committee recommendation to approve payment to Kemp Smith for legal services for December 2025.
Attached to this item is the December 2025 legal services invoice summary. A complete copy of the invoice can be made available if directors would like to review this information.
At the meeting on January 27, the Finance/Administrative Committee voted to approve the recommended motion above.
