SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for staff to provide the committee with a report describing the process for selecting a legislative consultant. Staff has published a Request for Qualifications from consulting firms and is currently reviewing and scoring applicable responses.

FISCAL IMPACT:
None for this item, but funding is budgeted in the 2026 EAA budget for such services if a contract is executed.
