Move the board approve payment to Kemp Smith, in the amount of $44,570, for legal services for October 2024.
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Executive Committee to consider an EAA staff recommendation to approve payment to Kemp Smith for legal services for October 2024.
Attached to this item is the October 2024 legal services invoice summary. A complete copy of the invoice can be made available if directors would like to review this information.
At the meeting on December 3, the Executive Committee voted to approve the recommended motion above.
