SUMMARY:
The purpose of this agenda item is for the Executive Committee to discuss and review results from the 2025 annual performance evaluation for the EAA General Manager. On November 12th, the board received an email with a link to complete the 2025 General Manager Evaluation. As discussed at the board meeting, all evaluations were to be completed electronically via Survey Monkey by November 30th.
At the December 2nd meeting, Executive Committee members will review results and consider possible recommendation to the full board at the December 9 meeting.

FISCAL IMPACT:
None at this time. There may be a fiscal impact should the board approve a change in compensation through an amendment to the General Manager's employment agreement.
